Configuring E-mail recipients

Only 2 fields are required, mailto and replyto. The mailto address is the main recipient and will be the 'To:' line of the E-mail. The replyto address will be the 'From:' line. One thing to note while using this page, some mail server applications will only send one message per address requested. So if you try to enter the same address as the mailto address and a carbon copy, you may still only get one copy E-mailed to you.

mailto (required)
Most of the time, you will limit the choices of the mailto address to 1 (hidden field) or a group (select box). For this example to be usefull you will need to enter your own email.
Mailto: (fill in your email address here)

replyto (required)
For the most part, you will want the user of the form to enter a valid reply address so you need to present them a text box like the following.
Your E-mail: (fill in a valid email address here)

carbon_replyto
You may want to allow the users to carbon themselves on the mail message, shown by the radio buttons. As per the name, this will carbon the replyto address.
Carbon yourself? Check to receive carbon copy:

mailformat
The email can either be html or plain text. This will often be a hidden field like the mailto field.
E-mail Format: HTML , Text

subject
The subject for the mail message. Sometimes you'll hide this from the user and other times you'll let them set it.
