John Ewing Hall (EWG)
on the corner of Orchard Road & West Delaware Avenue, Newark
Constructed in 1976

Ewing Hall is named in memory of John Ewing, president and member of the Board of Trustees of the Academy of Newark from 1769-83. It houses the Departments of Black American Studies and Mathematical Sciences. The building is connected to Kirkbride Hall by a covered walkway.
