Willard E. Hall Education Building (WHL)
on West Main Street, between New London Road & North College Avenue, Newark
Constructed in 1967

The Willard Hall Education Building is named in honor of the eminent Delaware attorney and jurist of the 19th century, Willard E. Hall, who made great contributions to the development of the public educational system in Delaware. He was a charter member of the Board of Trustees of Delaware College.
