General Services Building
on South Chapel Street, between Wyoming Avenue & Park Place, Newark
Constructed in 1948

The General Services Building was formerly a factory building originally used for the manufacture of mayonnaise and, later, cosmetics. Acquired by the University in 1964, the building currently houses support functions of the University including Procurement Services, Publications, the Graphic Communications Center, and Campus Delivery.
