Memorial Hall (MEM) Erected by the citizens of Delaware as the state's memorial of World War I, it served as the University Library from 1924-63. It underwent a major $9.8 million 15-month renovation in 1999 and now houses the Department of English. Listed on the National Register of Historic Sites. |
